I felt instantly welcome upon arrival and received a glass of prosecco. i booked a junior suite terrace to celebrate my husband's birthday. the room was fine. It included a large balcony. everything was spotlessly clean. i found the staff team helpful. They worked hard to.
during my stay, i found the gym facilities to be somewhat lacking. the fitness room could benefit from additional equipment. there was a limited selection of weights. i would have appreciated a rowing machine for a more comprehensive workout.

The staff was attentive. I got amazing chocolate during turndown service. the room was quiet, and the bed proved super comfy. breakfast provided an excellent start to each day. It was really delicious.
i found no air conditioning in the rooms. it was disappointing because i could not relax in a dark, cool room.

The hotel's location proved to be very convenient. It allowed easy access to key landmarks. Breakfast offered a diverse selection of tasty options. The staff was attentive, too. I appreciated how quickly they addressed my needs.
The mini bar pricing seemed a little steep. A bottle of water was quite expensive. The gym was smaller than expected. It has fewer machines than anticipated!

The decoration exhibited an exuberant style, it featured beautiful premises. concierge services were very helpful. They organized tours with ease. housekeeping was efficient and cute. The room remained super clean. i really enjoyed the afternoon wine tasting offered. It was a nice touch.
the gym could use some heavier weights, and possibly a rowing machine.

The junior double room had great amenities. The staff was excellent. nothing WAS too much for them. It is close to many attractions, so I found it very convenient.
